HOW TO PURCHASE


Here are two ways for you to order which are, sent a private message (PM) to us at Facebook. With a warm reminder, please take note that we can’t PM you first. Second, you can also sent a message through SMS or Whatsapp to 017-9073070.


Attach your details such as your NAME, ADDRESS, & CONTACT NUMBER. State the name of collection (Ayzar, Amna and so on), your size and preference color.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS


For the readymade garment, first come first served basis is applied.


Priority will be given to the buyers who can make fast payment.


All items are brand new unless stated otherwise.


The price stated is not negotiable. Unless we offer discount for special occasion.


Payment is to be made after confirmation, via MAYBANK or CIMB account.


No refunds once the payment has been made.


Advanced payment or deposit is needed for pre-order. Should we fail to restock the item(s) for you, refund will be given.


We appreciate the serious buyers. Please tell us if you want to cancel the order. Strictly no back outs buyers.


We respect others people rights and expect customer to the same.


Colour of actual product may vary from the colour seen due to lighting and different monitor settings.


Postage RM10 via poslaju for West Malaysia, RM15 for East Malaysia. (price quoted per garment)


Postage is to be made through Poslaju only.


All items will be sent by POS LAJU and would normally reach its destination within 1-3 working days


Any items paid on that day will shipped on the next delivery day to any day that have been told to you.


We will not be held responsible for any damage or lost items once it shipped. However we try update the information by contact Poslaju Customer Service at 1-300-300-300.


Rates for international shipping will be invoiced to you later
